Dank meines Bachelorstudiums in Architektur und meines Masterstudiums in Landschaftsarchitektur und Grünflächenmanagement betrachte ich Gebäude und Außenanlagen stets als eine gestalterische Einheit. Dadurch entstehen Außenräume, die sich harmonisch in die Architektur des Hauses einfügen und sowohl funktional als auch ästhetisch höchsten Ansprüchen gerecht werden. Jede Planung wird individuell auf die Architektur, das Grundstück, die Umgebung und die Wünsche unserer Kunden abgestimmt, sodass ein stimmiges Gesamtkonzept entsteht.
Gemeinsam mit unserem Team aus erfahrenen Landschaftsarchitekten, Ingenieuren, Planern und Gestaltern realisieren wir hochwertige Außenanlagen – von der ersten Idee über die detaillierte Planung bis hin zur fachgerechten Ausführung. About the Founder
M.Eng. Sajad Tabaee is the founder and managing director of Tabaplan GmbH, based in Hamburg.
He combines creative design skills with technical expertise and many years of experience in planning, construction management and project execution.
His goal is to create outdoor spaces that are not only visually appealing but also technically well thought-out, economically viable, sustainable and built to last. Every project is planned individually, taking into account local conditions, the client’s wishes and all applicable technical regulations.
Today, Mr. Tabaee and his team work on demanding projects throughout Germany – from high-end private gardens and residential developments to commercial and hotel complexes, public open spaces, traffic infrastructure as well as complex drainage and site development measures.
